In a previous life, Becky enjoyed a successful career in the restaurant industry where she held a variety of positions from front-line, to operations management, to executive leadership. During her time in operations leadership, where at a young age she found herself managing a team of nearly 100 employees, her passion for leadership, culture and human performance emerged. A passion she has nurtured and evolved ever since.

When she’s not working, you might find Becky mentoring young aspiring professionals, actively engaged in the golf industry – both playing and volunteering, or supporting the Alzheimer’s Association with her work as a support group facilitator.

Becky has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is based in the Washington DC Metropolitan area and calls Phoenix, AZ home part of the year as well.
